We welcome submissions from qualified health professionals, researchers, and experts with relevant experience in health, medicine, wellness, or public health.
2. How do I submit my manuscript?
Authors must register on the PPHM portal and upload their manuscript via the online submission system in text format. A cover letter summarising the article’s significance is also required.
3. What are the article length and formatting requirements?
Articles should generally be between 1,000 and 2,500 words. Use British English spelling, standard fonts (e.g., Arial or Times New Roman, 12 pt), double spacing, and numbered pages. References must follow a consistent style such as Vancouver or Harvard.
4. How long does the review process take?
Initial editorial review usually takes 1–2 weeks. Peer review, if required, may take an additional 2–4 weeks. Authors will be notified of any decisions or revision requests.
5. Can I submit an article that has been published elsewhere?
No. PPHM only accepts original, unpublished work not under consideration by other publications.
6. How do I disclose conflicts of interest?
Please declare any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence your work during submission.
7. What happens if my article requires revisions?
You will receive detailed feedback and be asked to submit a revised version within a specified timeframe if necessary.

9. What rights do I retain after publication?
Authors retain copyright ownership and grant PPHM non-exclusive rights to publish, reuse the contents in any forms and distribute the article publicly
