Introduction

This Submission Agreement and Copyright Transfer ("Agreement") sets out the terms under which authors submit their manuscripts to PP Health Malaysia (PPHM) for publication. By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to abide by the terms outlined herein.

Submission Agreement

  • The author confirms that the manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • The author guarantees that the work does not infringe on any copyright, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
  • The author agrees to comply with all PPHM guidelines, editorial policies, and ethical standards.
  • The author confirms that all co-authors have agreed to the submission and are aware of the content.

Copyright Transfer

  • Upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication, the author transfers to PPHM the non-exclusive rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and archive the article in all forms and media, whether now known or later developed.
  • Authors retain copyright ownership of their work.
  • Authors grant PPHM the right to edit, adapt, or translate the article as necessary for publication while preserving the original meaning.
  • PPHM may use the article for promotional purposes related to the journal or website.

Author Rights

  • Authors have the right to reuse their work in future publications with proper citation to PPHM.
  • Authors may share their published articles on personal or institutional websites and repositories.

Warranties and Representations

  • The author warrants that the manuscript contains no libellous, unlawful, or infringing material.
  • The author agrees to indemnify PPHM against any claims arising from breaches of this Agreement.

Withdrawal of Manuscript

  • Authors may request withdrawal of their manuscript before acceptance. After acceptance, withdrawal requires editorial approval and may be subject to conditions.

Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by Malaysian law.
