Guidelines when sharing or referencing news published for contributing authors

Post-Publication Guideline

To ensure consistency and proper attribution, please follow these guidelines when sharing or referencing news published by PP Health Malaysia (PPHM).

1. How to Cite PP Health Malaysia Health News

When citing or referencing our news articles, use the following format:
Source: PP Health Malaysia. [Article Title] ([Direct Article Link]). Published on [Date].
Example:
Source: PP Health Malaysia. “Government Launches New Vaccination Programme.” https://pphealthmalaysia.com/news/vaccination-programme. Published on 15 June 2025.

2. Use of PP Health Malaysia Logo

  • The PPHM logo may be used for non-commercial purposes when sharing, referencing, or featuring our news.
  • Do not alter, crop, or distort the logo in any way.
  • Always use the official high-resolution logo provided by PPHM.
  • For commercial use, prior written permission is required.

3. Use of "Featured On"

If your content or organisation has been highlighted in our news, you may use:
“Featured on PP Health Malaysia”
  • You may pair this with the PPHM logo and a hyperlink to the specific news article.
  • Ensure the reference is accurate and does not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.

4. Include Hyperlink to Our News

Always provide a direct hyperlink to the original news article on the PP Health Malaysia website.
Example:
Read the full article on PP Health Malaysia: https://pphealthmalaysia.com/news/article-title

5. Audience & Reach Statement

News published by PP Health Malaysia is shared through all our official channels – Facebook, LinkedIn, newsletter, and our news website – reaching:
  • 25,000+ active followers and readers on official distribution channels and website (+100k reach on unofficial channels-pages, groups, etc)
  • Average monthly reach of 150,000 views
  • Recent monthly reach (updated 20 October 2025, cumulative all channels) have surpassed > 1 million reach, with a high engagement rate of 5–20%
Additionally, our news is also jointly published on Malaysia’s largest news aggregator, Lumi News App, which have outreach of:
  • 300,000+ active readers
  • Over 1 million subscribers
  • Estimated 30 million monthly views

Age: (35-44:41%, 45-54:23%, 25-34:21%, the rest)
Gender: (Women: 58%, Men:42%)
Nationalities: (Malaysia:90%, Singapore:5%, other countries)
Localities: (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor: 70%, Penang: 10%, Johor:10%, other states)
Predicted Income levels: Middle to Upper range (estimated based on localities tracking and IP address and other indirect data)
